Great experience!

This is a fabulous unit. Nicely redone, very useful space, and perfect location for a family with kids to go skiing. Most importantly the property managers are STELLAR. Unbelievably responsive, helpful, courteous, and just all around a great team. I can’t recommend this unit and Abode strongly enough.

Nice property in a great location. Abode is a great service to rent from. Constant communication. The property itself was clean, bathrooms were upgraded..one had a steam shower which was awesome! Hot tub was excellent. Beds were great. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, etc to cook a good breakfast and a Keurig for coffee. No complaints..and we have rented 7 times at Park City. We would stay at this location again.

We were two families and 11 people skiing PC and absolutely loved our stay. This home lives much larger than it looks and is very well equipped inside with a great kitchen and baths and out with a fantastic hot tub and grilling area. Service was impeccable and there wasn’t a single thing that went wrong or we would suggest as change. A five star stay I would recommend for a larger group.

Great location in town.

We had a great time in Deer Valley.... the home was perfect for our family and friends. Kitchen was equipped nicely and all the rooms were very spacious. Extra bonus was the game room and hot tub.

The property was perfect for our family vacation—the kitchen had everything you could need to cook meals, the hot tub was ready to go, the living areas were comfortable, and the house is in a great convenient location to ski and enjoy Park City.

Boot warmer a great plus, heated driveway great. Heated garage Good ski set up for getting gear on. Kitchen was nice, had most everything needed real nice gas stove Outside grill really nice, easy to use. My daughter loved the gas fireplace warmed her up everyday after skiing.
Nice easy walking distance to town a little uphill on way back from town. Right by the town lift one block walk to ski hill.

Need new pillows, hot tub would have been ultimate bonus.

Unit needs automatic shut-off coffee pot — too much risk of being left on hot all day
Unit needs 1 black wash cloth per bathroom per day
Vacuum cleaner doesn’t work
Parking Spaces should be clearly marked by Unit Number — our space was continually used by other guests for days at a time

Everything about this property was as advertised. The proximity to the ski slopes was terrific. It’s a very easy walk into town.

This home is well laid out, has everything you should need during your stay, and the views are awesome. Cooper’s management team was easy to work with and made checking in a breeze. We would definitely rent here again. Great for our family of 10. We loved the huge kitchen that opens to great room and fireplace. Our family cooked together every evening and so enjoyed the fireplace too.

This was a fabulous house and the entire experience was wonderful. We spent our Christmas here and it was perfect for our whole family, including a 1 year old grandbaby. The house was spotless and so welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Our family loved the ski cabin/condo. It’s perfectly located close to deer valley and park city ski mountains. Plenty of room for a large family. We had six adults and could have had more. Will definitely return.

This was by-far and away one of, if not the best rented property I have ever stayed at. The amenities were simply amazing and of the highest quality. The location of the place could not have been better and was a quick 10 min walk to Park City skiing and downtown. You would be hard pressed to find more hospitable service and a better house than this to enjoy your vacation. I would 100% return to this property under this management again.

I think the title says it all. The house has everything you need (love the rack boot dryer) and is a minute walk from Park City’s restaurants and shops.

This house was one of the nicest and most well maintained home I have ever rented. The management company (Abode) was excellent to work with as well and extremely responsive to all of our needs. I would highly recommend both the house and management company.
