Perfect for our family of 5. Ideal location with easy access to town lift, shopping and dining. The whole experience was executed at a very high level.

We were super happy with our stay in this PC home. The location dry near the bottom of Main Street was perfect. The house was not only clean, but in great condition and well-stocked with basic provisions. With 2 family rooms and four bedrooms there is lots of space to spread out. Communication with property mgmt was quick and easy. One of our favorite VRBOs.

Beautiful Decor, ideal location, exceptionally clean, fun hot-tub, enjoyable rocking chairs on front porch, lots of games and books to use, everything needed in kitchen readily available, loved that each bedroom had own bath.

We loved our stay! the house was awesome and we hope to stay again. It didn’t feel like a rental, it felt like a home with a well equipped kitchen, nice linens and a fantastic floor plan. Everything else was excellent. Loved the hot tub and steam shower! Customer service was top notch. I was extremely pleased with our stay and look forward to the next!

Great location. Truly “steps from Town Lift” as advertised. Very close to Main Street restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the bus line. We took the bus line to the Park City Mountain Base multiple times. The house was spotless and had ever amenity we needed. The place was stylishly furnished and even had nice quality window treatments. Fully stocked kitchen. Had plenty of pots, pans, wine glasses, sharp knives, etc. The heated garage and ski boot warmer was amazing. Never knew we needed boot warmer but it was awesome. We had 11 people in our party and we never felt crowded. The beds were comfortable.

Our long stay at Winter Mooring could not have been better! The location is convenient to the best dining and shopping in Park City and easily walkable to Town Lift so you can ski without the hassle of parking and entry lines. Micheal the property manager was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.  The home’s interior is beautifully furnished and comfortable. We particularly liked the beds/bedding, large master steam shower and the well-equipped kitchen. We highly recommend this property to others and plan to be back soon ourselves. Beautiful house, fantastic location, easy checkin process!

I hosted an awesome guys’ ski weekend at this perfectly located and sumptuously appointed home. Literally one block from the Town Lift and the Park City Transit stop, steps to Main Street shops and restaurants. The house afforded us every necessity and a number of niceties. Michael did s great job of checking us in and checking on us throughout our stay. We will definitely be a repeat guest!!

Everything about this place was great! Location was literally a 3 minute walk to town lift and to tons of restaurants! The house is beautiful. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Hot tub, steam shower, robes, bedding, mattresses, pillows, etc, etc, etc…. felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort!!! We will definitely be back!

This property maintains the charm of Old Park City, but has been upgraded with all the amenities of a well equipped modern kitchen, private bathrooms for each bedroom and common space both upstairs and down. For skiers, it is only a block to the Town chairlift….an added bonus!

We were two families and 11 people skiing PC and absolutely loved our stay. This home lives much larger than it looks and is very well equipped inside with a great kitchen and baths and out with a fantastic hot tub and grilling area. Service was impeccable and there wasn’t a single thing that went wrong or we would suggest as change. A five star stay I would recommend for a larger group.

You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Park City — close to everything! We had a wonderful time. Such a cozy spot; everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space whether they wanted to be together or needed some alone time.

The house is very modern, spacious, and comfortable. It was well furnished with all the kitchen tools needed, board games, video games, books, and bathroom amenities. The location is extremely convenient – very close to the town lift and downtown shops. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time during spring break. The house was very cozy. The location was great – walking distance to restaurants and shops in Old Town. We took the bus to the main ski area instead of using the Town Lift – bus service was very good. It was our first time in Park City and we hope to be back soon!

Perfect ski rental property given its proximity to the town lift and 4 bedrooms each with private bathrooms. Very clean and nicely maintained. Well appointed amenities. Check in/out process was very straightforward. Only thing we could have asked for is an outdoor hot tub.

Was exactly what our party of 8 needed. All had our own bedroom with bathroom – no room disappointed. Great layout. Underfloor heating, a bonus, along with heated driveway and garage. 2 minute walk to Town Lift and equally the same to get to good restaurants, bars and shopping! Bus stop – via free bus system – stones throw from house. All in all certainly was a “gem” of a place – would highly recommend for location and charm.

Excellent home. Centrally located and well equipped/maintained

Stayed in this home for four nights with wife and three teenage children…..not sure but believe its newly remodeled and newly on a rental program. This is our third stay in the Old Towne area of Park City so have a good idea what is out there and at what price. We are seasoned users of VRBO or similar sites and its usually a hit or miss situation and we can tell within 15 minutes if it’s an owner used home trying to help cover expenses vs. someone in it for strictly rental income and doing as little as possible. Obvious with this home the owner is a frequent user as its extremely well stocked and maintained, one of the best we’ve ever rented. Our flight landed at 9AM and was a quick 45-minute drive to this home. Michael the property manager allowed us to check in early and met us on site. He arrived with a gift basket in hand including a bottle of Champagne. The city snow plows had pushed a snow bank into the driveway entrance and Michael had it personally dug out within minutes. Can’t say enough about this home. It’s a modern rustic décor with beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops with bar stools, gas fireplace on lower living area, nice large dining table. Bathrooms are nice size, each with a shower and heated tile floors. Master bath has double sinks and only issue was I had to chase my kids out the of steam shower each day after a full day on the slopes so I could use it myself! My wife loves to cook and has every kitchen gadget imaginable at home, so if she says its well-stocked you can bank on it. We ate in a couple nights. Stocked nicely with wine glasses, cheese slicer, cork screw, pot/pans, toaster and mixer. It’s simply the difference between an owner user and someone strictly in it for the rental income. Obvious the owner/designer put a lot of thought into the set up for their personal use………from the heated driveway/garage, the large built in bench just inside the door to put on or take off ski gear, hooks for coats, boot/glove dryer, stacked full size washer/dryer with detergent provided. Two large flat screen smart TV’s, DVD’s, Xbox for the kids, Wi-Fi included however signal is very weak upstairs. Location is ideal. It’s about 100 yards from the Town Lift or a two minute walk. There is a ski rental shop literally at the lift, (Park City Sport on Main) We reserved our gear online for a 20% discount. They will also store your ski’s each evening for free and have a shoe rack to store your shoes while skiing.
