Great stay!

This is a great stay all around! Everything inside feels brand new. Wonderful master suite upstairs. Lots of room downstairs. Communication was great the entire time. Kitchen has everything you’d ever need. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home with a wonderful layout for guests. Would suggest they install blinds on the doors and windows in the bedrooms (too much light coming in from the holiday lights on the trees) and have blankets for the beds instead of just bedspreads.

Great visit. Mark was very helpful and the place was as advertised. Bus route to DV picks up right in front of the condo.

This is a fantastic ski in/ski out property that we would rent again in a heartbeat. The only things I want to mention are just “nice to knows” but in no way are knocks on our stay or this location... 1. The loft bed is probably best suited for kids or maybe short adults! My son who tried to sleep there is 6’3” and he had to move beds as it was a bit tight for him. And 2. If you are a beginner/green skier, it is a medium blue run to the lift and a difficult ( ungroomed) blue run back to the property. In other words, it may not be “ski in” for everyone. Other than that, we can’t wait to go back!

My family and I just got back today, and we loved staying your unit. We have two boys, 3 and 5 years, and your place fit us like a glove. What makes your unit special is the vaulted ceilings, the views, the floor plan, how well maintained it is, the management company is on top of things, the building is very well run, and the price paid per night is below market.

I have been visiting the Park City/Deer Valley area for the last 10+ years, and as a family we usually visit for 2 weeks every winter and at least 4 weeks every summer. We have stayed at the Montage, St. Regis, The Chateaux, Hotel Park City, La Maconnerie, various homes and townhomes in Old Town, and I think this place is the cat’s meow.

Thank you for a wonderful experience. The condo is well-appointed and the property management service is exemplary! We were able to easily ski in, and ski out with a short hike.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was perfect for our group of 12 first time skiers. Everyone was extremely comfortable. The distance from Park City mountain lodge was about 7 min every morning which was perfect for us. The view was amazing and we can’t wait to come back!!!!!

Things couldn't have gone any better. From booking straight thru to check-out, everything was on the money. The team managing the property was super responsive and went out of the way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are super comfortable, the great room is the perfect place to gather in the morning and evening, the hot tub worked out all of the end-of-day aches/pains, and the kitchen is incredibly well equipped. 11 out of 10. Kudos.

We loved our weeklong stay at this property. It was very conveniently located both in terms of access to Deer Valley Mountain (an easy walk to the Silver Lake lifts) and to the town of Park City (a short drive or Uber ride). The house was well appointed and comfortable and it easily accommodated our group of 7 people. I would highly recommend this spot!

This property maintains the charm of Old Park City, but has been upgraded with all the amenities of a well equipped modern kitchen, private bathrooms for each bedroom and common space both upstairs and down. For skiers, it is only a block to the Town chairlift....an added bonus!

Overall good experience. House design was a bit different, but manageable. Only concern was keeping the house warm enough.

Highly recommended! Lovely house & furnishings. I’d definitely rent property again. We stayed for a week for our winter vacation. Perfect accommodation for our large family. Exceptional property rental company. Centrally located. We rented van & also used Uber to get around. Driveway is steep but navigable. We enjoyed the hot tub on cold nights! Fun place!!! Thanks!
