10/5 stars for this stay. Host was welcoming and so helpful. The hot tub under the stars after skiing all day was the cherry on top. The home had every detail for our 3 night girls trip stay. We each had a private bath in our bedrooms and the beds were clean, crisp and cozy! Short walk to amazing dining and shopping. Easy to jump on town lift daily and head up the mountain. Really fantastic spot!

Amy

My husband and I have stayed in vacation rentals, including in Park City, for more than 30 years. This is the most positive review I’ve ever written because our experience staying in the Abode on Woodside was as good as we’ve ever had. Starting off, the house was sparkling clean. We’ve stayed in houses on Woodside Avenue before, so we knew that the location is amazing: we easily walked to downtown. There were trails within walking distance, and in just a few minutes we drove to Deer Valley for more outdoor activities. The house interior was nicely decorated, and it was laid out as well as it could be since the house is built on a very steep lot. There are a lot of steps, but we got used to those quickly. We had everything we needed: the kitchen was well-quipped, and there were more than enough towels, blankets, etc. The hot tub was a lot of fun. We’ve stayed in many places that were maintained by a management company, but Abode was superior. We were contacted regularly and offered many amenities. Any questions were answered very quickly. I’d particularly like to recognize and thank Chance Phillips, who handles reservations. He patiently clarified several matters before we arrived and helped us several times during our stay. The other people with whom we interacted were similarly nice and helpful.A word to describe Chance and his colleagues: professional. My family and I strongly recommend the Abode on Woodside. You’ll love it.

Christopher

We had a great stay. The Abode team were very helpful, place is convenient to get to town and a short drive to the slopes, and well furnished. Only challenges were 1) no crib (for our 1 year old – we had to bring a pack n play), 2) no olive oil, and 3) we had to drive and pay for parking (at the slopes / in town). But those things were minor, and we had a great time!

Great location for restaurants on Main Street. The house itself is wonderful. Very clean, well accessorized, updated, cozy. Hot tub was great! Each afternoon the front door stairs and hot tub deck were shoveled. The management team were great to work with. Helped facilitate each aspect of our trip – airport transport, ski rental, lift tickets, etc. A+

Jennifer

House is great but just realize that Park City in general and this house like most in this area come with lots of stairs. Great location for restaurants on Main Street but the location was difficult for us ski- wise. You can take the stairs up and get on Quit-N-Time, ski down to the Town chairlift (no foot rest, very slow lift) to access the rest of the mountain, but not easy to get up the stairs in boots with your skis. You can also use Quit-N-Time and the stairs to get back home but although this run is listed as a blue it is not easy. It is a narrow trail that during our stay in March 2024 was not groomed so was icy and by the end of the week it was icy with moguls. A+

spent 3 days here with a group of five adults. Terrific location if you are fine with climbing the town stairs down to Main Street (a 3 minute walk down the stairs and 5-10 minute walk up). Easy access to the Quit’n Time run to Town Lift. The property has a slightly quirky layout but very clean and comfortable. Communication with the property management company was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and her family had a wonderful time staying at this Park City home. Walking distance to the town lift and all of Park City’s restaurants and bars. We enjoyed resting our legs in the hot tub after long days of skiing. Chance from Abode was very friendly and responsive the from the time of booking until the end of our trip. Will definitely be booking an Abode property next season.

The views from the home were breathtaking. The amenities were absolutely perfect. We wanted for nothing.
Phenomenal restaurants and ski lifts were within a short walk.
I highly recommend staying here and hope that we return soon.

The house was great, with spacious rooms, a well-stocked kitchen, nice fireplace and living room. The communication was fantastic and the company was responsive and thoughtful, from offering help and recommendations, to leaving snacks to snow removal. The steps to Main Street are just a house down, making it easy to get to and from restaurants and the awesome city center, bus system and Town Lift. Having a hot tub was great for those cold nights. The house is divided into levels, hot tub being on the very top, kitchen and living on the street level, two bedrooms and laundry one floor below, and master on the bottom. Quiet and cozy home, our family really enjoyed our time there.

Late summer vacation

Our family of 2 adults and 2 college guys had a great late summer stay! Plenty of room to hang out together on the main floor or on the top floor porch. Beds were comfortable. House was well stocked and had everything we needed. Kitchen had everything you would want for staying in to cook, and there was a brand new grill on top porch. Location was excellent – two blocks in one direction gets you to the top of Main, two blocks in other direction gets you on the trails for hiking. Geoff

Beautiful, comfortable, spotless, great views, terrific location. We loved our stay, and would be happy to come stay here again. It’s very convenient to Main St. (as long as you don’t mind some stairs). But because it’s up those stairs, you’re rewarded with nice views from the living/dining area and from the upper deck with the hot tub. Host agency was super responsive. My only gripe (about the listing and not about the place): a cleaning fee of almost $500 makes it far more expensive than you’d expect based on the listed nightly rate.

Great house in Park City

Great location. Great view. Hot tub was ready for us when we arrived. Plenty of dinner spots within walking distance. Be sure to pack comfortable walking shoes…the stairs are no joke.

We had a great stay. Home couldn’t be cleaner, kitchen well stocked, and rental company did a fantastic job of arranging our pre-arrival grocery shopping. The hot tub was a particular hit. The house served our group well with ample place for seating and to be in the kitchen together. The location listing is accurate, but be aware it is quite a steep climb up two flights of stairs from main street. We puffed up each time we walked to town. A neighbor informed up is also is possible to walk a short distance to ski in from Quit’n’time run, but Park City Mountain hadn’t groomed that run this year, and our skiers found it too hard. In other years when it was groomed it would be very convenient and a nice alternative to walking down (and back) from the lift.

This house had everything we could ask for. Short walking distance to ski slopes in one direction and Main St in the other and great views from the hot tub on the back deck. Great Location and Great Property Manager

Up one flight of steps to Norfolk and then three houses done is the ski area that takes you to the Town Lift. The house is lovely with upscale kitchen. The hot tub on the deck has a phenomenal view. There are three bedrooms, two average size and then a very large master. One of the smaller rooms has a shower and the other has a tub. The master has both and has been updated recently. The property manager is great. We were able to get into the location at 12:30 and all I needed was a text and the code was given via email. There was a welcome basket with treats/snacks and a six pack of local brew along with a couple energy drinks. They checked the next day to ensure everything was to our liking and it certainly was. The checkout process is easy as well. Just text when leaving. We will be back!

Cassandra

I came here with a few girlfriends for a long weekend. We were greeted and given a run down on the place with great local recommendations (every one was outstanding). We loved that we could easily walk to town to the many restaurants. We spent most sunsets in the hot tub relaxing. Overall, just a wonderful experience. I would recommend it to anyone and would go back, myself!

We loved our stay. Our family stayed in this home

Dana

We loved our stay. Our family stayed in this home for five days in July. We arrived very late on our first night. I was there before my family and was surprised by all the nice little touches when I walked in the front door. The lights were on, music was playing, there was a goodie basket of treats and even some beer in the fridge! What also struck me immediately was that there were ample, plush, bright white towels in each of the four bathrooms, along with neatly labeled, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Even the surplus TP and tissue was evident. The three bedrooms (each with their own bath), were perfect for our family. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked breakfast each morning and dinner at least 3 nights. One of the other best features was the view from the spa (overlooking Main Street and the green hills across). The location was also amazing for us. At first, we thought the claim to be close to Main Street was exaggerated, but quickly learned that there was only 1 house between the rental and steps that descended down to Main Street. We only took our car out for bigger trips to fly fish, hike Deer Valley and explore the reservoir – otherwise, we walked to the Park City Town Lift (for hiking) and for shopping, meals, etc. It was super convenient. Note: if you are traveling with family members who have limited mobility, this might not be a good fit for you as the home is located on several levels and walking to town also requires either steps or a large hill. Finally, Abode was very responsive to questions and provided recommendations when asked. All in all, one of my favorite AirBNB experiences! I would definitely recommend this home.

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was clean and spacious and the laundry next to bedrooms was convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in. The staff that checked on us was very helpful. Hot tub had beautiful views and was clean and well-maintained. It was located close to downtown although there were a few stairs but it was close enough that it didn’t matter. Overall we loved it and would book again when we head to Park City again.

Easy walk to slopes and town. Great master bedroom. The other two rooms are on the small side. Perfectly functional.

Comfortable 3bed 4bath home. Near to ski trail and Main Street.

Beautifully presented and well appointed home. Ideal location 5 minutes down steps to Main Street. 5 minutes up steps to ski trail for access to town lift. Free bus service provides access to Deer Valley, and Food market. Property Manager provides excellent concierge service for restaurant bookings and pick up service for Ski lift passes. Ski Butlers provides ski rental delivery service. Weather and Snow in the last week of January were excellent. Town was busy with Sundance Film festival. The slopes were uncrowded as a consequence.
