The location of this property was very perfect — within short walking distance to all restaurants and shopping in downtown Park City, but not right in the middle of the action. The house itself was amply furnished, comfortable and well-maintained. The host was professional, responsive and courteous. I would stay at this property again without hesitation.

Booking this stay was so efficient and informative. No questions

Melissa

Booking this stay was so efficient and informative. No questions or inquiries went unanswered and all responses were timely. The home is in a great location for walkability to all things downtown. The outside area is a nice size with a hot tub and patio furniture. The bed and bath configuration was perfect for our families. Kitchen and dining and living is all open and a great space to share time with one another. All amenities that were advertised were present and of good quality. While having a toddler, a portable baby gate would be a nice addition. We will certainly be booking with Abode again for our future stays.

Fantastic home, easily walk to skiing

Kaitlyn V.

We had a large group stay and it was the perfect house— walkable to town lift and restaurants on Main Street, able to grill and use the hot tub in the back yard, plenty of space for sleeping / hanging out. Also wonderful check in process that allowed us to leave our bags early so we could get an extra day in of skiing. Will be staying here again.

Perfect House for Extended Family

Sara V.

The location couldn’t have been more perfect with the Town Lift and everything being so close. Bedrooms worked out perfect for us with the older generation on the main floor, the second level for the parents with young kids and the rest of the adults downstairs. The family room and dining are were big enough for us to gather and still have to space. Kitchen had a lot of spicessupplies that we didn’t have to purchase which was nice.

Great home, great location

Jennifer L.

The house is fantastic and such a short walk to downtown! Parking was an issue for a house that sleeps 14 – one street permit provided would be very helpful! I didn’t hear any complaints about the beds, and the upstairs king was fantastic. The kitchen is not well equipped to actually cook for 14, but we ate out most of the time. The only major complaint that we had is the state of the front porch is scary with only one railing on the steps and none around the sides – the front of the house looks very run down because of it, including all the weeds growing out front. Not inviting at all for our friends and family in town for the wedding that stopped by to say hi – and not very fitting for the cost of the property. But the inside is great and we enjoyed our stay.

Summer Family Time

Jeanne C.

Great location! Could walk to hiking , ski lifts, restaurants and shopping. Plenty of space in the house. We cooked in at night and had plenty of space at the table for all 11 of us to eat together. We had a wonderful vacation!

Fantastic wedding trip

Mark H.

We selected this location as a family space for our daughters wedding in Park city. It easily accommodated, eight adults and two children. The main floor, living area and kitchen work very well for hanging out and entertaining. There was a standard size fridge in the kitchen, plus a wine fridge in the living room, which gave us plenty of room to store things. There’s also a ski/mud room off of the driveway which is great for storage. The deck was great too, but we didn’t use it other than a quick swim in the hot tub with the kids. However, if you were there for extended stay, or wanted to have a lot of people over, the back deck could be fantastic. The location was easy to access right on Park Avenue just below Main Street. We are at the foot of Main St. within a two minute walk.

Great location and very clean. Perfect place, with lots of room for a big crew, for a weekend away in park city. Close restaurants and easy access to bike trails to ride from the house.

Absolutely perfect for our annual gathering of friends

Steve D.

They say location is everything and this place is superb in that regards. Being only a few houses away from where Main Street begins made meals and shopping very easy. (We highly recommend Harvest which you can see from the front porch.) The house itself is ideal for groups and has several large-size bedrooms and five bathrooms. The living space and kitchen are huge and with all new appliances. The back yard has ample seating and was great for afternoon happy hour. The centerpiece of the house is the large dining table which was ideal for playing games. Property managers were communicative and responsive. We would definitely rent with them again.

Great Location. Perfect for a large group.

Well Appointed home. Walk to shops restaurants bars town lift et al. Family of 6 adults and 2 children had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy different activities at same time on 3 level home. Large outside patio in back with big hot tub and patio furniture. Two items needing attention by property manager were quickly resolved. A bit of wear and tear on some furniture that should be replaced. However overall we were very happy with Abode Off Main.

The location was perfect for our group. We were here for a family wedding. I was worried when I pulled in because the house looks tiny from the front, but there was plenty of room in the open concept kitchen/living/dining area. We could easily walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street as well as City Park and the Lodge at Mountain Village (alpine slide, etc.). Parking is tight. We had two suburbans and a smaller car. The rental agent was able to give us a street parking pass for the second suburban. The fenced in back patio was great for the kids. It looks like there may be a hot tub planned for the future.

Thanksgiving Traditions

Jodi C.

We had been looking for a location with enough beds and separate bedrooms to accommodate our large family. We also were hoping for a private hot tub,, large kitchen and dining area. Heading to Park City for the weekend around Thanksgiving every other year is a family tradition we look forward to as soon as we pack up and drive home. This past Thanksgiving we couldn’t get a place to stay before they were sold out. We had our eye on this beautiful location and were fortunate enough to get it. Everyone was so kind and helpful when we had a question. There were so many special touches left for us. They even checked with us to see if we needed a turkey pan. Great experience! Wonderful hosts!

Great place – ski trip

Sarah Kelley C.

Property was as was advertised, perfect for a large family group. Fabulous, convenient location for shopping, dining and ski lift. Adobe representatives very responsive and pleasant.

Park City Stay

Keisha B.

We visited Park City the 2nd week in December. We were a part of a family group of ~38 that visited the area for an intimate wedding. A group of 4 male cousins stayed at this property. We had plenty of space and we were very happy with the location. We were on the route for the free PC shuttle. We arrived to the first major snow accumulation with single digit temperature (which we loved). We were very warm and comfortable. The beds slept very well. The house was clean. Accessing the property was very easy (once we figured out which door was ours—no fault of anyone’s), and checkout was a breeze. We communicated with the rental company prior to our arrival. Our questions were usually answered within 24-hours. We had a need for early check-in, that was not able to be accommodated, nor was a later check-out time. All in all, we would rent again.

Great location!

David C.

We traveled to park city with 3 families, total of 11 people and the hose easily accommodated us. The living room/kitchen/dining area fit everyone together we just all couldn’t sit on the couches together. The house has a great ski room which made it easy for everything to stay organized and out of the way. Easy walk to Town Lift from the house. Great jacuzzi on the patio for after skiing. Only negative was the back patio furniture was covered with snow and the heater didn’t work. We asked the management company to come and take care of it but they never showed up.

Thank you for a great weekend!

This place is awesome. The location is perfect and within short walking distance to everything. The house itself is even better in person than what you see in the pictures. The backyard lounge area was a personal favorite of ours as it’s such a great place to socialize and have a drink before walking over to Main St. for dinner/night life. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location to access the Town Lift at Park City. We rented the place for a corporate retreat. Skiing in the morning, training and team building in the afternoon and it worked perfectly. We loved our stay at the property! It’s close to high West and Harvest – just a few of the amazing places to eat in park City. Our only concern was the slow response when we had a plumbing issue twice. However, Abode was able to make the situation right after our stay.

This location is perfect for walking into Main Street and having easy access to all of the best spot

We came as a family with three kids and aunts and uncles. It was amazing to stay together under one roof while everyone had their own space.

We had a great time at your house. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we were in a great location. The house was well stocked with dishes, spices, paper products, all the things you need! Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful stay in Park City!

Great location, excellent service. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, excellent service. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot close to downtown with a lot of space for my cooworkers and myself.

I had a small offsite with my team who were flying in from Asia and the US. Park City offered a wonderful back-drop to three days of meetings. The house provided a great main room with a large kitchen table for eating and collaboration. There were ample bedrooms for all of us to have some time away from the team-building and to relax. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals and keeping the coffee/tea brewing all day. Brad from the management team was very helpful throughout the stay and super responsive to our inquiries. I would recommend this place again and it is certainly on the short list next time we’re back.

Great location!

Great location plenty of room exactly as described

Great place

The houses phenomenally located right next to the town left, we were in town for five nights and did not have a car and did not miss it. Everything is in walking distance, and the house is in phenomenal shape looking forward to my next visit. Very happy traveler

The Best

Just got back from PC. Stayed at this wonderful house just a block from the town lift. There were 5 of us in our group so we each had our own Bedroom and Bathroom. Staying in this home you don’t even need a car. Everything is within walking distance. House looks small from the outside but is huge. The hot tub in the backyard was very much appreciated as well after a long day of skiing. We will definitely return.

Park City for the World Series Crew

We all loved this house!!! Location, location, location!!! You are right downtown. We walked around town in the evenings and always had the front door open as people walked up to town for the night. We had three families with children and there was plenty of room. The basebment is set up perfectly for kids, while the adults can have their own space in the living room. We would all definitely stay here again. Very beautiful home but still very comfortable.

Great Location, beautiful home

The house is just one block from the start of Park City’s Main Street with all the shops and restaurants, close enough to Park City Resort Town lift to walk there to get on the slopes, the bus stop is across the street for a free ride to other ski resorts. It is much more spacious and comfortable than the pictures online show. We enjoyed the open floor plan of the kitchen, living room and dining area as one big space to cook, have meals and hang out together. The mudroom and laundry area made it very convenient. The furnishing, beddings and decorative details made it a refined setting for a great vacation.

Great Town Lift Access – Incredible House

We had a 7 adults and 4 children in our group and this house was absolutely perfect. Main street shopping begins about a block away, so there are numerous restaurants within a short walk. The shuttle to PCMR is right across the street. The house looks small from the street, but it is everything you could want for a large group. The kitchen is fabulous if you want to cook a meal. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly want or need which makes staying with children so much easier; abundant linens, washer and dryer with detergent, etc. We loved it and will definitely come back to this house if we have a large group.

Lovely Home / Great Location

Have just returned from my annual “women only” ski trip. There were 13 of us and this home was very accommodating. The location was excellent being so close to the town lift and all the fun activities of Main Street. For the non skiers, or the non skiing days, having the bus stop right across the street was great for getting to other areas like the shopping malls and cinemas. If I had to wrap this home up in one word it would be quality. From the kitchen appliances, to the dishware, linens, and comfortable beds, everything was top flight. It feels like someone actually lives there, not like some schlocky rental only property. The large mud/boot room was great for getting all of us out the door together, and the hot tub at the end of the day was perfect. We are intending to return Park City next year and hope we can again stay in this lovely home.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this house-it is comfortable and so convenient to town and the mountain! We had 14 people-but the house never felt to crowded-everyone loved it. It was a great choice.

Perfect Location and Perfect House!

I stayed here Jan 12-16, 2012 with three other couples and had a perfect stay. I’m usually too lazy to write reviews, but I noticed that this place had no reviews and deserved a good one. So here goes. Location: Litereally 1 block from the town lift, which by the way never has a line. You can buy your lift tickets there and jump on the lift – never having to deal with the main resort. And you can ski down and walk one block back to the house at the end of the day or for lunch. The town lift is the start of the main drag, so you’re also easy walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. If you need to get to the grocery store, the other resorts, or a bunch of other places, there is a free bus stop right across the street. No need for a car. House: First of all, it’s huge. Which you can’t tell from the pictures. The main floor has a big and open living / dining / kitchen area. It has one big master bedroom / bathroom suite and another smaller bedroom. And a “mudroom” to store all your ski gear. The upstairs is another giant master bedroom / bathroom suite. The downstairs has 2 small-medium sized bedrooms plus a big bedroom with 2 oversized bunks. Also a laundry room, which is really helpful. Second of all, it truly seems brand new. You can tell that it was recently remodeled, and they spared no expense. Very classy and high-end. There is even a central humidifying system (didn’t even know those existed). Oh, and the hot tub is super nice. Wifi works great too. And everything is clean and wll taken care of. Owner: Friendly, responsive, even checked in on us while we were there. Left us a lovely welcome basket. Very fair price.
