Great location! So warm and inviting! We had 2 families and everyone was so comfortable! The house was well stocked with the all the necessities i.e., toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, even lotion!! Phil met us before our check in time so we could drop our luggage and ski gear off! Would highly recommend Abode luxury rentals!

had a great time with friends and family for a 4 day weekend stay . One thing i didn't read and might have missed was the the ski tow rope about 200 yards from the house that made hitting the mountain and getting back to the house easy . would love to visit again and would deiffenly recomend this house to anyone .

Everything was great except minor repairs to the property could have made the experience exceptional. Showers had water damage in all bathrooms which aged the property.

During check in it is not made clear where to park other than to say you need a key fob to park in the property garage. However the key fob is left in the condo and requires you to find your own parking at check in. Only later did we find out that public parking in the public garage was available.

Otherwise great location and amenities.

Great place! Clean, fits a large group easily and is located very close to a lift.

The house was very clean it was extremely close to the slopes it was truly ski in an out. Plenty of room for two or three families. We had a wonderful stay

This abode was perfect for my friends and I. Ski on ski off, perfect location. Steam room, hot tub, and gym on same floor. Very clean and nice would definitely recommend!

Great Property, Great Location...easy, short walk to ski lifts

This property is perfectly located for skiing access (literally under a minute from door to trail) and lovely walks to town for evening dinner and shopping. We never even used our rental car! The home itself is lovely and meets every standard for space with 4 ensuite bed/bath, 3 living areas and well appointed kitchen. Heated garage was a plus for layering up pre and post ski. The private hot tub destination between ski and apres ski and was appreciated by all. Amenities felt like a hotel with the space and privacy of a home. Could not recommend more highly for Park City lodging!

We loved this property, very nice condo, clean and cozy.

Beautiful, newly renovated place, in an excellent location. Only a few blocks (downhill) to Town Lift and Main Street, and even shorter to ski access. The host was very responsive and professional throughout. Overall the stay was excellent. Unfortunately, on our final evening, there was a water leak from the top floor master shower/toilet. However, to the credit of the host, they responded very quickly and had a plumber there shortly after. Assuming this has been repaired, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

Great location with access to the town lift either by walking (we found an opening at the end of the block that allowed us to ski straight to the bottom of the town lift)! The property was clean and well-kept, stocked with extra towels, laundry detergent, and luxury bath items. The garage is designed to store skis/snowboards: it even has a boot and glove dryer! Love the place, will definitely book again for future PC trips!

Professional, courteous, polite, amazing, incredible, Very well kept. The homes and grounds are way above standard. The main cabin is immaculate and the kitchen has everything you need to prep a large meal. I highly recommend!

Black Bear Lodge 231 was perfect for our family of 4. Clean, very well equipped, and super comfortable. We stayed three nights and really appreciated the close proximity to the slopes - we walked each day in boots a block or two over to the main lift. Deer Valley also provides free ski check at the base so after the first day, we didn't even need to carry our skis/poles. Hot tub was nice, but quite small. It was tight with three of us. Plenty of nearby dining options and the lodge even provided free shuttle transport over to Stein Ericksen Residences for dinner there - nice touch. Overall, a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

What an awesome week! Perfect location, beautifully decorated! Had everything we needed for a great vacation. Would definitely request this unit specifically in the future!

Very clean and well cared for property. The house was perfect for our children and grandchildren with every amenity.

Easy walking to the lifts and Stein Eriksen Lodge. Place was clean and exactly like the pictures.
