We had 6 adults (3 couples) stay in the home. Plenty of space and perfect distance to Main St (7 min) and Deer Valley (5 min). The Hot Tub was a nice touch!

Had a wonderful long weekend in Black bear 152. The property was fantastic, great location, with a short walk to the slopes. We used the daily ski storage which made things even more convenient. The communication with the property managers was some of the best we have had , extremely pro-active and responsive. Also very helpful arranging airport transportation. Would definitely recommend the property and unit 152.

Abode really thought of everything! We had an amazing stay and will definitely recommend. The place was clean, they had everything we could have every needed available for us to use, and their shuttle service was so easy to get us to and back from downtown. Thank you!

Fantastic location with incredible hospitality. From pre check in to check out the team at Adobe really took care of all our needs. The cabin was right across the street from Silver Lake Lodge and the private Jacuzzi and welcome beer made for a great aprés ski! I would highly recommend this stay. We will def be back!

We had such a great stay at Pinnacle. The location is perfect, close to both Deer Valley Mountain & Park City Main St. & Mountain. The house itself is the perfect set up with plenty of space. We found ourselves mostly in the kitchen area or family room area, both plenty of space for large groups. The sauna was a nice surprise as well. We would definitely rent again!

This was an excellent place to stay in Deer Valley. You don't need a car. They provide transportation if you need it around town. We could easily walk to the slopes and places to eat. Lovely kitchen to prepare your own meals. We had groceries delivered upon our arrival.

Very conveniently located to snow park, Deer Valley.
Nice dinner table - fit all of us.
The pool table and games entertained after skiing.
Overall the best ski break in 5 years.
Oh - and any questions were promptly answered.

We had an amazing time at this property! The rooms were clean, and the service was prompt. The hot tub was so great to enjoy after a long day of skiing. We could walk to some of the restaurants and shopping. During our stay, some of the smoke detectors started chirping, and they came to fix them right away. We would love to come back to this property!

Perfect location to walk to the slopes mid mountain. Convenient car service from lodge to Main Street. Super responsive management.

This is a great property. Its location and amenities are everything we hoped for and more. The kitchen is the highlight of this house, but everything regarding the property was beyond our expectations. Whenever we travel to Park City in the future, we will check here first.

The property is located near numerous ski slopes and downtown night life of the City.

This is a fantastic condo in a great location. Very comfortable accommodations and a well-equipped kitchen if you are planning on cooking. The hot tub and indoor oversized jet tub were perfect for post-ski aches. We also really enjoyed the wood fireplace. We were able to immediately reach the management company with any questions (even at 6 on a Sunday), which was extremely convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay at the Black Bear, nice touches, clean and convenient to Deer Valley ski area. Solid recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location for ski in/ski out was quite unique and cool. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed having the hot tub on property and amenities of the ski building across the street.

Beautiful rental property, management was very attentive and incredibly helpful during our stay. Would recommend this location and property.

We were grateful to find this property for our ski vacation and all our needs were met. Additionally, it was a short walking distance to the slopes and to town. The home was very comfortable, decked out with a warm garage to dry all our ski gear for the next morning, and really had everything we needed for a fun ski vacation! The house was perfect for our group and stay in Park City. Great layout and the kitchen was loaded with everything we needed for our big group. It was also EVERY clean and had lots of towels and the laundry room was great for washing since we stayed 5 days. The hot tub and sauna were nice after skiing and the couch was big enough for all of us to fit and watch movies.

We had a nice stay here. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms, hot tub on deck and across the street from the slopes. Will be back!
