I had a wonderful visit to Park City. The ease of getting in and out of the property was great. The little touches really made me smile...the beer in the fridge, the ready bake cookies in the freezer, the TVs set to play welcoming music.

This was an excellent place to stay in Deer Valley. You don't need a car. They provide transportation if you need it around town. We could easily walk to the slopes and places to eat. Lovely kitchen to prepare your own meals. We had groceries delivered upon our arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location for ski in/ski out was quite unique and cool. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed having the hot tub on property and amenities of the ski building across the street.

Ski in ski out convenience. Well appointed house that is walkable to town. Currently a bit of a construction zone (March 2021) however it is hard to beat the location in terms of proximity to the mountain. The clubhouse is great for ski storage and lounge space.

The place is spectacular and was perfect for my birthday. It's close enough to Deer Valley and a generous walk to downtown. The views are spectacular and there is no TV in the main room but the view you should look at is that of the mountain range! We had a great time and it was clean and spacious.

Assistance from all team members prior to our visit and the prompt attention to details/requests/urgent issues (plumbing problem) during our time at Black Bear was SUPERB! Thank you Justin! The Shuttle Service was most appreciated as we utilized it extensively. The recommendation for grocery delivery - Black Diamond - was perfect! Also, we appreciate Four Seasons airport shuttle service. Your communication was top notch - the reminders, notes, instructions, follow up, etc. (and it was very well written ha) The kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies along with personal amenities were plentiful. Great towels!!!

My family and I loved our stay. Best ski condo we have ever booked. Perfect location mid-mountain, very close to the lifts, an easy walk made even easier by the free ski valet lift-side. Spacious, renovated condo. Very comfortable, huge, fully appointed, great kitchen - we cooked every night. Superb service, communication and attention to detail (thanks for the wine/cheese and meat!). Building is high-quality, quiet. Loved the fully private hot tub in balcony, overlooking the mountains. Great secure parking. Truly perfect. Can't ask for more. We'll be back!

Incredible property, 2 min away from the mountain. Absolutely stunning!

90% of the trip was good... and I enjoyed the keyless entry and remote Wi-Fi garage door opener. 10% was a disappointment.

Would I choose that location and that property again. Most likely we wouldn't. Would we work with you again we would.

Sam and everyone at Abode are amazing! They set up our entire trip, including a special 16th birthday party that included a private sushi chef Mickey! They took care of everything. We recommend them to anyone coming to Park City.

Great location! So warm and inviting! We had 2 families and everyone was so comfortable! The house was well stocked with the all the necessities i.e., toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, even lotion!! Phil met us before our check in time so we could drop our luggage and ski gear off! Would highly recommend Abode luxury rentals! Thank you to Mark and Phil for their hospitality! The house was great!

Perfect condo in Deer Valley with easy walking access to mid-mountain lifts. We loved every minute!
