We had a great stay! The place was very clean, had everything we needed, and the view was amazing. The host made everything easy and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in an amazing setting, convenient to town and the free bus transportation network. We were in Sun Valley for a family wedding, and the home was absolutely perfect for a large group gathering. We will be back!

This house was perfect for our family get-together. It is a wonderful house with lots of amenities. The location is great, just a couple of blocks from Main Street. There is space in the driveway for two cars. We highly recommend this house.

This place was great for our family of 7 adults for 4 nights while in Park City for a family wedding. Great location to the historic town, beautiful views, very comfortable bedrooms and hangout spaces. While we were there the outdoor highs were in the mid-80s. Like many of the PC private residences this house does not have air condition, so we were careful to open the windows when it was cool out (overnight) and close them during the day to keep the cooler temp inside. That, and judicious use of the ceiling and floor fans. Overall we had a great experience here.

Loved the place and the downtown location. We had a difficult time finding the entrance to the parking garage.

We loved this place and the area! Away from the very busy Jackson crowd, but close enough for the women shoppers. There was mention a moose might be in the back yard, but we didn’t expect a big boy to be right on the back porch! Lots of BEAUTIFUL foxes that had fabulous coloring!!!The kitchen was LOADED with necessities. Don’t go to the grocery first. Look around, then go to the store. Also, terrific laundry room. Which reminds me, there was lots of towels, soap, sheets, blankets, etc…. Beds very comfortable.We used the hot tub every night. Great after long days fishing and hiking. Beautiful, quiet setting in that back yard. Very well kept yard. We had a baby of 11 mos and he loved crawling around out there. The property provided very useful baby stuff for us, also. Play pen, crib, high chair…. Good stuff, too.Very easy up to Teton Village and to Grand Teton National Park.

Loved this place! So open with high ceilings and lots of space in this condo with ample storage. Huge kitchen with all the necessities. Grand Hyatt staff were amazing and super helpful. Abode even had frozen croissants ready to bake in the oven! Nice touch. The negatives are the construction noise in the adjacent buildings and mandatory valet parking which added about 80 per night with resort fees. Not a big deal if you go out once a day and come back in the evening. This isn’t a deal breaker for us, but if you want complete silence and solitude then you might want to avoid construction, which is happening all around Park City. Abode was very helpful and available to assist when needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jackson. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and exactly what we were hoping for.
The house was equipped with just about everything. It was very thoughtful to leave us snacks and even beer in the refrigerator.
The host was very attentive, responsive, and quick to address any questions or requests we had throughout our stay.
The only suggestion I would make is to provide clearer information about the bedroom locations being downstairs. For guests with mobility challenges, such as my wife, navigating the stairs can be difficult and is something that would be helpful to know in advance.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would gladly recommend this property to others visiting Jackson.

The host was very accommodating with our early check-in and late checkout requests. The house was lovely and the location was ideal to easily walk to shops and restaurants. The private deck with fire pit and hot tub was perfect for outdoor leisure time and the front porch, swing was a great place to relax while people watching on the street. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed, and there were plenty of bath towels for our group. I highly recommend this property.

We have stayed in MANY Airbnb and short term rental properties and this truly is our favorite. The furniture is SUPER comfortable and not your typical cheap short term rental stuff. There was room for our entire family of 7 to spread out, hang together, or separate to different parts of the home. The kitchen and dining room had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. When we wanted to eat out, this location is literally walkable to all the restaurants in Ketchum. Property management team was great-super responsive and ready to help whenever we needed questions answered. Highly recommend that you book this property for your next trip to Ketchum!

The house was wonderful, perfect for our group. The outdoor space was wonderful and Robert was very communicative about house updates. Our group was easily able to walk to Main Street. We had a minor issue with a leak. It was as resolved quickly due to Roberts responsiveness. Overall we had the best experience and we would absolutely love to stay again in the future.

Wonderful place to stay - our family of 5 was very comfortable and there were lots of extras that made it even more convenient. Location was great too!

Am (the host) was very helpful and attentive. She answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with at check-in. Property was beautiful and in a great location. Hot tub was in a different area and the hours were from 11:00 am- 7:00 pm so no nighttime hot tubing like we had hoped for. Probably needs to be clearer that the hot tub is in a different location. Bed in the basement was reported to be way too soft and not great but overall, we had a fantastic experience at this property. The neighbor who I believe owns the house also came over to make sure we had everything we needed and make sure they were not too loud next door. Property is a duplex, so you share a wall etc. Couldn't hear anything however so that was certainly not an issue. Highly recommend.

Robert and his team were great. House was perfect for a large group with plenty of room for everyone. Very responsive and fabulous location. Would definitely book again.

Loved staying here! It was really walkable to Teton Village and such peaceful surroundings. The road from Teton Village to Teton National park was under construction, so the drive was much longer than anticipated (1 hr vs. 20 mins), but that is nothing they could have controlled. Just a good thing to know if you're planning trips this summer. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen/bathrooms were spotless. I will say, you can hear the neighbors walking around and talking as the walls are thin. I would stay there again as Abode took good care of us and were really helpful before we checked in.
