The upstairs living area is defined by a refined Western aesthetic, furnished with Pendleton wool sofas, custom handmade aspen furniture, and a stone-faced, wood-burning fireplace. This space is fully integrated with a Sonos sound system and a large television for post-adventure relaxation. Adjacent to the living area, the gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, premium appliances, and a bar with seating for 3, while the aspen wood dining table seats 6. A practical entryway provides a dedicated space for ski boots and hiking gear, supported by a guest half-bath and a garage for secure parking.
The residence features 3 well-appointed bedrooms, each outfitted with flat-screen TVs and custom aspen wood furniture. The primary suite includes a king canopy bed and a recently remodeled bathroom with a copper therapy soaking tub, a custom rainfall shower with body sprays, and a double vanity. The second bedroom offers a four-poster queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds. Both full bathrooms include heated floors and custom walk-in showers.
