Step inside and you’re welcomed by a bright, open-concept great room anchored by a striking fireplace, where natural light pours in from the balcony and frames peaceful mountain views beyond. The kitchen, appointed with high-end appliances and a beautifully considered dining setup, flows seamlessly into the living space, setting the tone for unhurried mornings and celebratory evenings.

Downstairs, a second living area offers room to gather, play games, and unwind together after long days on the mountain. Just outside, Elkhorn Village’s seasonal community amenities await, including a pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and tennis and pickleball courts, with the Elkhorn Lift on Dollar Mountain just a five-minute walk away and downtown Sun Valley and Ketchum easily within reach.

When it’s time to rest, the home’s four bedrooms offer comfort and privacy in equal measure. The primary suite is a true sanctuary, filled with natural light and featuring a plush king bed, spacious ensuite bathroom, and large television perfect for winding down after a full day outdoors. A second king bedroom with its own ensuite sits quietly on the upper level, while downstairs a queen bedroom with ensuite and large television offers a more private retreat. A fourth bedroom, ideal for younger guests or added friends and family, features a queen bunk and twin bunk with patio access and a full bathroom just across the hall.
