Thank you to your entire team for making our stay in Park City enjoyable. We had a very nice time there despite a few days of smoke! As for the Parkite rental. The positives were the location on Main Street, access to parking, the gym, and the patio and hot tub area.

We rented this home for 2 consecutive summer months. Overall, we could not have been happier. The house is large and well-appointed. Great location that’s walkable to town and to the base of Park City Mountain. Any minor issues we encountered were resolved immediately by the courteous Abode staff. We really could not have been happier with our choice to rent this property. Master bedroom could use a full-length mirror, but that’s about the only constructive criticism I can offer. Highly recommend this home and this management company.

They had the wrong listing of the location. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 upstairs, 1 on the ground floor and 1 in the basement. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom.

I nice sized kitchen; hottube was as listed. The shopping and dining was very close by.

We enjoyed waking up and taking the brief walk to Atticus, a nearby coffee shop.

This is a great property. It was an easy walk to the Village and super close to the pool. The property was extremely nice and high class. I would recommend this property to friends and family and stay there again.

Great experience! Clean house with perfect location to downtown park city!

This is our second stay at this property and this time we stayed a week. The property is exactly as advertised and within perfect walking distance to all of the Main Street amenities. However, that’s also the downside as there’s an underground nightclub on the corner across the street, directly from the master bedroom. We noticed a little bit of noise on Friday night, but it was really Saturday night that was so disturbing. At 12:30 I actually had to call the police department to register a noise complaint as the music bass pumps out of the club, but the worst part is the security guards chatting with everybody out on the street, and then everyone drunk pouring out between midnight and 2 o’clock I talking loudly in the street chatting each other up,, or talking loudly while waiting for their rideshare to arrive. We literally tried to sleep with Earplugs in our ears, but even then we did not get to bed until after 2 o’clock.

Otherwise, the place is fantastic with good electronics and a wonderful configuration, but really not stocked with much as you’ll need to even bring your own salt and pepper.

Great property. Clean, beds were comfortable, well furnished w everything from kitchen to bed and bath.
No AC but fans were furnished when we arrived ( there was an unusual heat wave ). Really perfect rental!

Our stay in Park City was wonderful. Being with my 2children ( one whose lived in Park City for 27 years) and my niece was a fun and heartwarming. Your beautiful rental condo was a big part of our stay. We were able to comfortably hang out and enjoy each other in a beautiful setting . The added benefit of having basic food staples there when we arrived in the evening was a big plus!

The house was very nice. The kitchen was wonderful and bedrooms and baths were great. The Happy Stays app was great once I figured how to use it. I'm not exactly an app expert but it was easy and convenient .

Thank you very much for a fantastic experience in Deer Valley. The booking process was quick and easy. The team was very helpful in following up with information about access to the unit and later switching us to another unit to avoid renovations in part of the property. No problems getting into the garage and the unit when we arrived late at night. The unit (Black Bear Lodge # 152) was outstanding. I would definitely recommend to others, and I hope to return myself during ski season.

We stayed at quit n' time the weekend of Aug 14, 2021. The house was perfect and exactly as pictured, perfectly located to walk around town and Main Street, close to everything! They put out snacks and drinks which was greatly appreciated after a long day of flying. But, it's the service that was special at this rental! This weekend was particularly hot, with highs in the upper 80's to low 90's, and I didn't think to notice when booking that there is no air conditioning at this house (or many in park city, actually). There was also a fire in Parleys canyon that caused evacuations in a few areas (not park city). I bring these up because they are areas where abode rentals were outstanding! For the air- They set up portable air units and fans to keep us as cool as possible and for the 2nd- texted me regularly with updates about the fire and evacuations, giving us great information and assurances that they were really watching out for us! Top notch service! Thanks to abode and Chase, who made our weekend great!

Luxurious house with all the amenities and easy access to days of adventure and nights in town. Overall we loved it. Keep in mind that the entire neighborhood is under construction, so be prepared for trucks at 7AM and streets blocked by cranes and heavy equipment. Looks like they should be finished by winter of 2021.
