The Parkite on Main, is an extraordinary luxury condominium in the heart of Park City featuring a wide array of delightful amenities, including the location which is a huge draw giving you immediate access to the shopping, dining, nightlife, and experience of downtown. The Parkite is not only convenient for your shopping and dining needs but also with its proximity to the Old Town Lift you are just minutes from the slopes of Park City Mountain. Abode at Parkite Penthouse features the best the Parkite & Main Street living has to offer with its Quadruple Master Suites, 4 baths, and a stunning rooftop deck with private Hot Tub & Fire Pit overlooking Main Street.
When you arrive at Abode at Parkite Penthouse you will not be disappointed. You’ll find a well-appointed living area with distinguished furnishings, a fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking Main Street. Unique artwork is found throughout the Penthouse, from handmade sculptures to original paintings, creating a distinctive aesthetic. The Penthouse features a quadruple master suite concept. All guest suites offer an ensuite luxury bath for your convenience. The jewel of this penthouse is truly the outdoor living space on the private rooftop deck. With 360 degree views of Old Town, the deck features a hot tub and a fire pit with seating. Perfect for entertaining, this space is truly unique overlooking at Park City.
The Parkite on Main complex is perfect for those who want a vacation-home feel but still enjoy the amenities of traditional hotels. You’ll have exclusive access to this secure building, with your very own key code to gain entry and use of the elevators. Guests are given access to one parking space in the underground parking lot through a state-of-the-art private and secured tunnel via Swede Alley. The Parkite complex features a fully-equipped fitness center and ski lockers located just behind the lobby. A lounge and fireplace are in the lobby for your enjoyment before leaving for an evening out on the town, and a communal rooftop deck is also available and features 2 separate fire pit lounges, 3 dining tables, and, weather permitting, 2 ping pong tables during the summer months.
