Great hosts, great place, great location, great way to spend a week in paradise!

My family and I traveled from Houston to Park City. The condo itself was absolutely perfect . It was clean, accommodating, cozy and perfectly located. The host and management team was wonderful and so helpful. I give this rental at 15 out of 10 and will be back next year !!!

Stayed here with 8 adults friends. Absolutely loved the house and location. Been coming to PC for years and never have stayed in such an amazing little home.

Walk to the slopes and the town. What could be better. Well appointed home, clean modern, spacious, with great views and absurd convenience. Book this place if you can.

Abode was easily the most professional AirBnB experience that I've had the pleasure of working with. Their staff contacted me several times prior to our arrival with details needed for checking in and out and had even left our group a welcome gift. The property was spotless and all of the amenities were great. The spacious living room area, 6-burner Wolf range and massive kitchen made cooking for our group of 10 very enjoyable. We were a bit jealous of our neighbors' hot tub, but we soon got over that. If we were to do it over, we definitely would have taken the advice and used the paid shuttle service that Adobe mentioned in their welcome packet as the lifts are a tad too far to walk with skis in our opinion. All in all I would definitely recommend.

Enjoyable stay with friends and family at well-furnished and well-situated house in Park City. Legendary dining and evening entertainment were two flights of a somewhat long, but nice, set of stairways, away.

Very nice place for a large group. Kitchen is fully stocked. Short walk to the bus. Plenty of options to stream netflix/hulu/etc. on the main TV or the TV in the master. Note that the garage and driveway is quite small to fit 2 cars. Also, for a large group of couples, the two rooms with individual queen/king beds are clearly nicer than the room in the "basement" with 2 queens or the 2 twin room. Maybe that's a good setup for a family or 2 where the kids get the not-quite-as-good rooms. It was also not quite ideal that 2 of the 3 bathrooms are only accessible through the bedrooms. But really, the place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the stay.

It was nice! We enjoyed having our own space for a business event that was right across the street at the Stein Erickson Lodge. ery convenient and comfortable.

The house was really, really great. It was so stylish, comfy and well appointed. The walk to Main St was manageable and the walk up the hill home helped walk off the dinner. I really like that the house had the basics….. good shampoo, conditioner and soap. The kitchen was well equipped, which included spices, paper towels and dishwasher soup. You even had laundry detergent and dryer sheets. This doesn't sound like much, but I rent high end homes in other places and most don't equip like this. The bedding and pillows were perfect too. I would definitely return and would definitely rent from abode. Fabulous experience!

Beautiful home! The location was awesome for skiing at DeerValley. Plenty of room not to feel cramped. Loved our stay. Only one negative comment would be that there were a lot of stairs and with one member of our family having difficulty with climbing stairs, I would have to say it’s not “handicapped” friendly. Very easy to work with Abode for the rental,process!

Hi, we enjoyed our stay in 353 at Black Bear. This is our 3rd or 4th stay at Black Bear with Abode. We appreciate that our reservation was moved due to our COVID, very accommodating once we reached someone. The ambience upon entering the room is fantastic, we really like the treats and music when we enter the unit, and the unit is very clean. Thank you for getting us in at 2 pm, we know this is not always or even usually possible. The staff is very friendly, keep up the good work.

The location is perfect. The Abode staff was responsive to questions and requests including a housekeeping visit during our stay. The house is comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Parking and garage access were convenient, clean, and well-lit. Nice amenity.
