Such a great rental! The host was awesome - responds to questions via text in minutes and check-in was so easy with a keypad. The location is perfect to walk to Main St. but the house is a gem itself if you plan to hang in with your group too. The house is even cooler than the pictures suggest! Modern appliances, extremely spacious main level / common area and an awesome penthouse bathroom off of the master bedroom. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay here! It was the perfect house for our 9-person girls trip. Clean, easy to check-in/enter, and good communication beforehand and during our stay. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Our family recently stayed at the beautiful home on Aerie. The view is fantastic, overlooking Old Town. Proximity to town is so close. The house is decorated beautifully. Kitchen has every appliance and accessory you might possibly need. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large. Lots of televisions. The neighborhood is a great place to walk. Can’t wait to return!

This house was one of the best we have stayed at! The location is a short walk over to Main Street and the free bus stop. The house has everything we needed and when we did need something, the property management company, Abode, brought it over very quickly and was always very easy to communicate with. I would rent from them 100x over. The driveway is verrrrrry steep but didn’t have a problem with it since we stayed in August (I.e., no snow). There is a stairway off the second porch that leads to another one that overlooks the entire city that was absolutely breathtaking. I didn’t realize this from the photos but was blown away by the beauty of it!
The house is on a very busy street so there is street noise at night but all in all, great stay!

Everything was as advertised. Clean! And as many amenities you could’ve wanted.

Great location! Could walk to hiking , ski lifts, restaurants and shopping. Plenty of space in the house. We cooked in at night and had plenty of space at the table for all 11 of us to eat together. We had a wonderful vacation!

We were 3 Senior couples vacationing in Park City to get away from heat in the South. This house was perfect! 3 king size beds with private baths. Close to everything. Beautiful area in Deer Valley. The house had all the amenities we needed. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

We had a wonderful time in Utah and our accommodations were perfect. Very clean and we felt right at home. Would definitely consider using them again...
