My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Abode Property Management. Cole found us a great house on Park Ave. The house looked better in person then the pictures online (and I loved the pictures online). The location was just one block from Main Street which was very convenient and fun. Your property manager, Scott, was wonderful as well. Scott met us at the house when we arrived and answered any questions we had. At one point the blender in the unit did not work and Scott bought us a new one and we had it the next day. Excellent customer service!! This was our first visit to Park City, we enjoyed it so much we will be back next summer and we will rent again with Abode Property Management. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Park City and especially at Glenfiddich. The accommodations were exactly what we were looking for in terms of design and the unit we stayed in was extremely well appointed. Living in southern Calif., when we travel to a mountain community, we like to feel like we’re in the mountains, not at a chain hotel that could be located anywhere. That’s exactly what we got at Glenfiddich. Also, Abode was very responsive to our needs and questions and everything was very well spelled out in the instructions, from arrival to operation of everything in the unit.

We did have a beautiful Christmas holiday at your property on Gilt Edge in the Queen Esther complex. It felt so much like a home and there was room for everyone. The views to the Deer Valley slopes were amazing and beckoned us daily! We were thrilled to ski together as a family again, and had a blast on the tubing hill (Gorgoza Park) as well. Rachel’s tip re nighttime tubing was a great one…we definitely got our money’s worth! We were also pleased with the convenience factor, as everything was so close by.

I highly recommend Abode as a contact for Park City/Deer Valley area lodging. Very professional and so responsive! We were all impressed!

We loved the house! We came to attend a Church Convention of about 500 people in Park City for 10 days. My immediate family of 20 rented three of your properties during this time.

We have this Church Convention each year and have about 40 locations all over the world from which to choose for our attendance. I have been to many wonderful, exotic, luxurious locations in the past 35 years, and I truly must say.....this home and Park City, Utah ranks as one of my favorite....The beautiful fluffy snow the last few days and nights was wonderful as well.

The house was wonderful with superb views! The agency staff was helpful and friendly. We had a blast!

First, we'd like to thank Cole of Abode. Cole understood what was important to us in a vacation home and was able to suggest this wonderful property. When we arrived after a long road trip, Cole was there to meet us with a Welcome Basket, cold drinks, and a steaming hot tub! We had a wonderful first-time experience using Abode and definitely recommend them!

This is a lovely, spacious mountain home in a quiet wooded setting, with an outdoor patio area, hot tub, and a pond out back. The home was beautifully appointed without being too "cabin-y", with four large bedrooms and lots of closet space for longer stays (our visit was August/September). The living room, dining room, and kitchen were more than accommodating when we had family visiting. The two car garage was big enough for our SUV, bikes, golf clubs, etc.

This neighborhood is VERY pedestrian friendly, perfect for early morning or evening strolls to view wildlife. The ponds are teeming with ducks, muskrat, and fish (fishing is allowed in some of them). We spotted fox, osprey, sandhill cranes, LOTS of deer, and a moose cow and calf enjoyed trimming the Aspens by our hot tub! Solamere and Deer Crest trailheads are right across the street for hiking and mountain biking and snowshoeing in the winter. It's a short walk to Deer Valley Lodge, the St. Regis funicular, and Deer Valley Grocery Cafe where you can enjoy your meal on the deck overlooking a pond (and you can practice your Standup Paddleboarding in the pond during summer months!).

Park City's Main Street is only 1.5 miles away, you can walk, ride your bike, drive, or take the free bus.

This condo really exceeded our expectations! You can see from the photos that it is beautifully appointed and the location was perfect proximity to Deer Valley. The free shuttle worked well because some members of our party liked to go skiing early and others enjoyed a more leisurely pace! The Steam, Sauna and Hot tub felt wonderful after a long day on the slopes.

Each bedroom has a private bathroom which worked well for us because there were 2 families sharing the condo. One important feature to point out is that several bedrooms are on different levels and all are quite spacious (three master like suites and a bunk room). We enjoyed the privacy that this feature allotted because our younger boys could romp around in the media room and play pool while the teenage girls could enjoy their bedroom space away from the boys!

Main Street restaurants are a 2 minute drive and the girls (of all ages) enjoyed several shopping trips there as well.

This review would not be complete without sending praise to Mary and Shannon for their help and customer service throughout our stay. Each time I had a question they responded quickly and professionally. They sent me a fabulous check in e-mail that included property directions and instructions as well as restaurant suggestions, area information and coupons for ski rentals. We found the grocery service especially nice and enjoyed having our groceries in the unit when we arrived. Thank You, we hope to come back again next year and stay in this condo again! Think Snow!

We rented this house for the entirety of Sundance 2014. The photos don't do it justice. It is HUGE and gorgeous. It has four guest suites with private baths and tons of extra space for hangers-on. The house, despite its open layout, is quiet and isolates sound well from one floor to the next. Note that there are a LOT of stairs; so be prepared to climb! There is space for three cars to park (we had three SUVs including a Tahoe, a pickup and an Escape), with no problem. The shuttle to Deer Valley is excellent and easy, and the walk to town is totally doable (.9 miles). The management company was super responsive to the minor issue we had with the coffee maker. All in all, a phenomenal experience.

Our family has been coming to Deer Valley to ski a week for years and have seen our fair share of properties. This was easily voted by my family as our favorite. Great location; beautifully decorated; great entertainment with the flat screens, blu-ray, hot tub, sauna and pool table. Most importantly the owners are fantastic and willing to work with you when they can (even on a Saturday.) Highly recommended - but just not during the week I want :-)

The house worked really well for our off season family gathering. The kitchen is quite spacious and makes it easy for more than one person to be helping with a meal. Lots of counter space is also a big plus. Each bedroom having its own bath gave everyone their privacy and we had several good areas for us all to gather. We were able to park three cars outside, so did not need the garage, but it would have been handy in bad weather.
The house was very clean and well cared for and all the beds were comfortable.

This was my family's first time to ski Deer Valley. This condo was spacious, beautiful and conveniently located to Snow park Lodge. We made wonderful memories. Of all the places I have been to ski, Deer Valley is the BEST!!!!! We can't wait to return one day soon. I will definately book this property again!!!!!

Loved the location of this house! Right by town lift for the avid snowboarder and skier. And for those that don't spend all day in the mountain.... Steps from shopping and restaurants at Main Street. Property itself is great... Just as pictured. The management company...Abode.. Great service and will use them again!
