First and foremost, you are unbelievably good at customer service. We were most happy with the way you communicated with us. We had never done a VRBO type rental before and I was nervous about how everything from payments to actual quality of the home would be handled. Clearly you have it figured out. Great use of technology via Happy Stays app and text messaging for service needs. The gift basket and space heaters demonstrated beyond a doubt your commitment to getting it right. I know I was a bit harsh at one point, but your response was thoughtful and appropriate. BTW, we never opened the heaters as the unit warmed up nicely.

Rest assured if we return to DV or go up to J Hole, we will be sure to work through you all.

Absolutely stunning property. We comfortably fit eight people, and the proximity to the lift was amazing.

We had a wonderful trip. The lodging was perfect, service very easy and all of the staff was friendly. We would love to return!

Enjoyed the stay. The pics are more accurate than the listing info. It does actually have 4 big beds. Great kitchen and pretty easy walk ski. (Switch the ottoman in den to a twin bed and you would have a true 4 bedroom with 5 beds!)
They are working on the lower level heat, but the space heaters worked fine in the meantime.

Thank you for a very nice stay in Deer Valley. We stayed in unit 201 at Black Bear Lodge. I'd say in general everything was very good with our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, the heating was fine. We really appreciated the snacks and wine that was left for us as well.

We enjoyed our stay with friends this past week. Everything was as pictured in the listing, and the property manager was very responsive. It was a little farther walk to the Town Lift than we had anticipated & straight uphill on the way home, which was challenging with kids in our group who had trouble carrying the equipment that far. But overall a beautiful property that I would recommend!

We had a great time! The beautiful house was close to skiing, restaurants, activities/ scenic spots and airport. The house itself was amazing! Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to try it out in the summer some day!

Perfect location on Woodside Ave, just steps away from the slopes and Main Street. House was well laid out, with a great kitchen/communal area. Would definitely rent again.

Exactly what we expected and excellent job on historic house. Had upstairs for one baby downstairs for the other and the terrace for adults to escape to with stellar kitchen.

We loved our 4 night stay. Kids loved the hot tub and the placed was fully equipped with everything we needed. Super close walk to the lift, even for young kids in ski boots.

This home is conveniently located to the Silver Lake lifts. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and useful items. It is very comfortable for a family of four.

House was perfect size for our group. Beautiful and clean and great location. The shuttle to Snow Park was easy to use and came right by our front door. Concierge was helpful with our pre-delivered groceries. We all had a great time!

This unit at Black Bear has everything needed for two couples to have a great ski trip! Short walk to the lifts. Quiet at night. Excellent transportation at no charge that takes you anywhere in Park City area.

Second year in a row staying at this property with our group. It still feels brand new! We love the ski access and comfy beds!
