Newly installed flat-screen TVs have been placed throughout the property, with an 85-inch screen situated in the living area for the ultimate entertainment experience, alongside all-new furniture from Article, 7th Ave, West Elm, Pottery Barn, and Crate & Barrel. The living area also features a stunning custom-designed white oak gas fireplace with a quartz hearth operated by remote control, and Sonos. The kitchen and dining area have been entirely updated to include a gourmet chef experience with Thermador appliances, such as a 48″ refrigerator/freezer combo, drawer microwave, 36″ induction range, sapphire dishwasher, and a prep sink with instant hot. This property also features a combined full deck with the best views of Deer Valley and the surrounding mountainous terrain, a private balcony hot tub, an open-concept workout loft space, as well as a wet bar area. Guests are also invited to enjoy Sonos throughout, Hue lighting, remote control shades, an infrared sauna, and a steam shower. A 500-square-foot loft with a gym area can be accessed by the custom-built iron and oak staircase.
