This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Both trips have exceeded our expectations. The house is even nicer than the pictures and extremely clean.

Very nice place to stay. Had everything and extra in cabinets. The staff was very nice when we had questions and responded instantly.

My family of six very much enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described in text and pictures. Very roomy and well maintained. The house is as close to being a ski in/out without actually being on a run. We walked across the street maybe 30ft to get onto a run and if you wanted you could ski to the back of the house or to where you entered. There is a community shuttle to take you back and forth between the house and Teton village. I would highly recommend.

This is the ideal location for those who like to be able to wake up and easily walk to the slopes mid-mountain (where restaurants, shops and a ski check is perfectly placed) as well as enjoy some of best of Park City, just a short drive away. The amenities were perfect for our young family, who love to hop in the hot tub after a day of skiing, cook up some meals and have space to enjoy some quiet downtime at the end of the day. The living room's fireplace sitting area was a frequent hot spot for family game nights and the dining table is large enough to work remotely in the morning while the kids enjoyed their breakfast. The staff was proactive, friendly and very responsive over text as was the Black Bear lobby staff. We would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended this property to others.

Great location near both Town Lift and Park City resort base. Close to Main Street. Exquisite property, super clean, well equipped & stocked. Comfortable in every way. Abode personnel are a pleasure to work with and super responsive. Would rent again for sure & highly recommend!

Great location. Beautiful place

Excellent easy parking & check in. Elevator goes right from garage to condo with some short stairs only to get past. Condo is nice if a little rustic and totally well equipped. It is 2 bedrooms with a sleeper sofa and a loft open only to the owner not the guests. Service from abode was first rate with regular shuttle service from Larry down to snow park lodge. It was also a short walk to the lifts. Great spot would stay again.

We had such a nice time at this house. It is in a great location to ski park city and has pretty much any amenity one would desire for a ski trip. Management company was fantastic... any time I messaged them they got back to me almost instantly. Would definitely stay with Abode again.

Great stay

We tremendously enjoyed this home. We had three families stay during the big snow storm in Feb of 2023. They were great to communicate with and we enjoyed the location. Easy to get to downtown Park City and super easy to get to Deer Valley. Even with 41 inches of snow in two days, they were able to keep roads cleared.
The hot tub was a game changer after a full day on the slopes. It’s a bit older but worked great.

And a great kitchen set up for 3 families.

We did have a leak from a window in one of the bedrooms with the tremendous snow build up, but the agency came over in a timely manner.

The concierge service was also valuable.

We would rent here again

Abode is overall one of the best hosts I have encountered on AirBnB. Responsive, respectful, and a beautiful home.
Close to the base of DV with ample access to public transportation as well as Down Town Park City. The Home was clean, spacious, and extremely accommodating. 10/10.
