We travel to Park City and Deer Valley twice a year on average. This Black Bear unit was the best property we have ever stayed at. The unit was entirely upgraded, including the furniture. We have stayed at other Black Bear units over the years and they were nice but not to this level. The location could not be beat. Little things that made a difference were the comfort of the beds and the high end sheets. Additionally, the staff at Black Bear Lodge were great and helpful. We will definitely return.

We stayed at the property for 5 days and skied Park Cuty Mountain. Great location. Walkable to slops and downtown. Property was clean and well managed. All needs were met and property management was available and responsive immediately with any additional questions.

Great location and unit. The wi-fi was weak and non-existent in the rear bedroom. Also, the unit was poorly lit and would benefit greatly from stronger light bulbs in all of the fixtures and ceiling.

Great communication with Abode from start to finish. The condo was well stocked and had all we needed. Would definitely rent again!

Awesome ski condo. Walkable to Town Lift. There is a ski valet next to the lift. Well appointed condo with plenty of kitchen tools and some basics in the cabinet.
Tub diverter to one of the showers was broken when we walked in the door.

Management was very responsive and helpful. The unit is very clean and as advertised. The covered parking can be difficult to navigate if you have a large SUV. Very convenient to skiing and Canyons village.

Good location with easy access to slopes

Great place. Location was ideal. Easy walk to town and the slopes.

The location is truly excellent. I was anxious about it being truly ski-in / ski-out — and this unit is just that. 15 feet from the patio and you are on a ski run. This was very important to me and I was willing to pay a premium to get it. Fortunately the reality matched my expectations. Also, Silver Lake Lodge area is the best area on the mountain to quickly access the entire mountain. Good shops and services nearby.

We've stayed at Arrowleaf years ago. Location is prime ski in /ski out. The Empire pass shuttle is amazing and quick. Old Town is 10 min away via shuttle. Communication with Abode was great. No included housekeeping however, but that's just what we are used to when staying with Inspirato or our other properties. So just be prepared for that. Internet was constantly in and out and buffering. Other than that, the house was amazing and Abode made it very easy! I would say its probably the most high quality VRBO you can get!

The house is beautifully designed with lots of natural light, bedrooms are comfortable with individual fireplaces, and the kitchen, dining & family rooms easily accommodated our family of 10. The hot tub was a treat.

The house is very nice and comfortable, we would return to stay at the Property. Quite a few steps inside to take it into account. We loved the welcome croissants detail, they were delicious. Thank you
