Beautiful spot and a lovely home. The pool table was a huge hit. Kitchen was very well stocked, even had a crockpot!

It was very clean and good for groups or families. We were able to walk to the ski home trail and town lift. Also able to walk the stairs to the upper end of Main Street.

Our party of 8 fit perfectly in the house. The hot tub view was amazing, and we could walk both to town as well as the base of PCMR. The Sonos speaker system was a nice surprise - we played our music while in the hot tub and preparing breakfast every morning before heading out to ski. Probably what I appreciated most about the house was the plethora of supplies. Plenty of toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, etc. It was so nice to not have to worry about going back to the store for something like running out of toilet paper. The art in the house was very nice also - whoever did the decorating did a great job! Property Manager was excellent! Would highly recommend this property!

We had such a wonderful time staying here. The house was exactly as described and in the perfect location, close to everything. I really appreciated the helpfulness of the Abode team and how effortless they made things for us. Looking forward to coming back!

Our stay in Powder Watch was terrific. The home was beautiful and inviting when we arrived, and the preparation and follow up by the Abode team was outstanding. We had everything we needed for our vacation and enjoyed it very much.

We enjoied Phoenix house, which is a great property in a prime location for Park City.

This is the ideal location for those who like to be able to wake up and easily walk to the slopes mid-mountain (where restaurants, shops and a ski check is perfectly placed) as well as enjoy some of best of Park City, just a short drive away. The amenities were perfect for our young family, who love to hop in the hot tub after a day of skiing, cook up some meals and have space to enjoy some quiet downtime at the end of the day. The living room's fireplace sitting area was a frequent hot spot for family game nights and the dining table is large enough to work remotely in the morning while the kids enjoyed their breakfast. The staff was proactive, friendly and very responsive over text as was the Black Bear lobby staff. We would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended this property to others.
