From the entry, the kitchen unfolds into the heart of the home. A gourmet space with stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar opens directly into a spacious great room, anchored by a fireplace that invites the group to linger. Nearby, a dining area seats 8, with a laundry room and full bathroom close at hand for everyday ease. Every room here is built for gathering, with enough quiet corners for guests to slip away when they need to.
Upstairs and beyond, the four bedrooms offer their own sense of retreat. The primary suite sits on the main level, with a plush king bed, a cozy seating area, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers 2 queen beds and private patio access, while the third bedroom includes 2 twin beds and a dedicated workspace, well suited to kids or a remote workday. For guests seeking more privacy, a fourth queen bedroom sits secluded on the third level.
Step outside, and the Elkhorn community opens up with two swimming pools, two hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, a splash pad, and courts for basketball, volleyball, and bocce ball. On the private patio, a new gas grill is ready for evening cookouts after a day on the mountain. Minutes from both Dollar and Baldy, Abode at Sawtooth puts skiing, the clubhouse, and downtown Sun Valley all within easy reach.
