Originally built circa 1901 during the Mature Mining Historic Era (1894 – 1930) of Park City. This home has been completely reconstructed into a modern masterpiece in the heart of Old Town. Sitting on an oversized double lot and extending between Norfolk Avenue and Crescent Tram, the home now boasts 3,474 sf, with 5 bedrooms and 6 baths. The main floor features an open living, dining, and kitchen space, as well as a main floor master bedroom. Patio doors open to the heated outdoor living space that surrounds the house on three sides.
