It’s a private, wildlife-rich setting next to the Valley Club (membership available to tenants), offering the rare combination of true seclusion and easy access to everything Sun Valley has to offer.

The stunning great room is your place to gather, with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and a wall of arched windows that floods the space with natural light and mountain views. Comfortable sectional and lounge seating make it easy to unwind, and the open layout flows straight into a chef’s kitchen with two islands, a built-in stainless fridge, gas cooktop, and granite countertops with a full slab backsplash. Ski equipment and gear are no problem with four personal lockers for storage, and a covered, paved dog run off a dedicated dog door lets small pets out safely without exposure to local wildlife. For added peace of mind, the home includes a backup generator, so daily life carries on uninterrupted during the occasional mountain-town power outage. Rent includes water/sewer, weekly lawn care, snow removal, flower bed maintenance, pest control, spa maintenance, monthly generator servicing, and monthly ADT monitoring.
