Ideally located just 5 minutes from the Deer Valley Resort slopes and 6 minutes from Park City Mountain Resort, the property offers beautiful views of the Deer Valley ponds directly behind the unit, perfect for fishing, paddle boarding, or scenic walks.

The moment you step inside, you are wrapped in a warm and cozy atmosphere anchored by a welcoming fireplace and expansive windows that flood the space with natural light.
