Set on a quiet stretch of Norfolk Avenue, this classic Old Town home wears its history well. The gabled roofline and covered front porch look much as they always have, the kind of facade that made Park City’s mining-era streets worth preserving. Inside, the renovation goes deep. Wide-plank floors, clean finishes, and a layout that flows easily from one gathering space to the next, all while keeping the character that drew people to this neighborhood in the first place.

The main level opens into a vaulted living room anchored by a stone fireplace, with the kitchen and dining close enough to keep everyone in the conversation. Wood cabinetry and granite counters give the kitchen a warm, working feel, built for a full breakfast before a ski day or a slow dinner after one.
