This newly built townhome pairs striking mountain-modern architecture with a quiet residential setting, close enough to the lifts to make ski mornings effortless* and far enough from the crowds to feel like a true escape.

Step inside and the design does the talking. Vaulted ceilings and dark timber beams frame an open great room where a leather sectional, cowhide accents, and an antler chandelier bring in warmth and character, all set against clean lines and modern finishes. Big windows pull in the surrounding peaks, and the king primary suite carries that same balance of luxury and rustic charm into a private escape. Two additional upper-level bedrooms, a king suite and a queen room with two bunked fulls above, share a Jack-and-Jill bath, comfortable enough for the whole crew.
