*No elevator. Access to the unit requires use of stairs
*Hot tub managed by the HOA, located across the street at the Townhouses
*Parking for 1 vehicle is available in the designated spot labeled “Unit G” located in the blue building across the street at 441 Park Ave. A parking pass is required, retrieve it from the unit upon arrival and return it before departure. Garage accommodates vehicles up to 22 feet long and 7’9″ tall
