Set across 214 private acres with half a mile of the Weber River winding through the property, this 16,800-square-foot estate offers a rare kind of quiet luxury rooted in land, craftsmanship, and space to breathe. Ideally located in Oakley, just outside Park City, offering privacy without isolation. This estate borders the Uinta-Wasatch National Forest, with direct access to nature, while remaining within easy reach of Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort.

The heart of the home begins in the chef’s kitchen, where Viking appliances and generous prep space set the tone for slow mornings and celebratory evenings, flowing seamlessly into dining areas made for lingering conversations and shared stories. From there, the estate unfolds thoughtfully, a private theater for late-night films, a wine room for quiet tastings, an art studio filled with light, and a sports court for playful competition, yet it is the land that ultimately defines the experience. Evenings draw naturally to the outdoor fireplace as the river hums nearby and cottonwoods sway overhead, while inside, time slows to billiards in the loft or a glass of wine by the fire as snow settles softly beyond the windows.
