A warm welcome awaits as you enter through the front door, greeted by an impressive grand spiral staircase and a beautifully appointed main living area. Plush seating surrounds a towering stone hearth and gas fireplace, creating a cozy space to stream movies on the HDTV or enjoy a game night. The living room flows into a fully stocked gourmet kitchen featuring top-of-the-line Viking appliances, a prep island, and a grand dining table fit for a feast. Just off the kitchen, a private balcony offers outdoor lounge furniture and a gas grill for alfresco entertaining.
When it is time to spread out, the lower level features a second living room with its own HDTV, gas fireplace, and game table.
