Yes. My family and I stayed at the Adobe on Sampson from 01/14/26 – 01/17/26. It was a beautiful home with the perfect location. It was super close to Main street and skiing was only about a 5 minute uber ride. Would definitely recommend this place!

First Time Ski Trip Out West

Our first family trip skiing out west. Lucked out and had a ton of powder to ski on. This is great house and great response time by the management to any issues we had. One word of advice to any renters, the road up to the house includes a number of switchbacks and steep. 4WD or AWD vehicles necessary in the winter.

The Abode on Sampson was a wonderful home for rent. The management company was very responsive with snow removal from decks and driveways and also with a minor hot tub issue. I would certainly stay there again if I ever return to Park city. 10/10 stay! Thank you!

The concierge service offered by Abode was exceptional. They offered many selections in advance and throughout our stay. Very responsive to changes in transportation and ski needs.

The house was great, but some things to know: vertically arranged as it’s built into a hillside. Lots of stairs. Communal areas are a bit broken-up from each other (dining room is on on level, the main tv/fireplace/couch is on another level.
To ski: its a walk down a semi-steep hill to the trail entrance (then ski down to Town Lift) … then walk back up that hill at the end of the day. Not a huge deal, but not ski-in/out … and navigating the hill in ski boots when the road is snowy can be tricky.
Abode: Amazing! We stayed over Christmas and asked them to decorate with a tree … it was perfect! Whatever we needed during our stay, they were entirely on top of it.

We had a lovely stay at this home. I was there with 7 adults and 3 kids and it was just big enough to comfortably fit us all. The house was clean and well stocked. It does have a lot of stairs so if people are not comfortable with that I recommend a different home. It was peaceful with mountain views and had a unique style which I enjoyed. It is a 10 minute walk to downtown, however it is steep so those that are less mobile would likely opt to drive. We love Park City and would definitely stay here again if coming with a big group.

This is a great location for it’s proximity to the slopes and downtown. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the beds are cozy and the fire place in the living room is a great place to relax at the end of the day. Our family enjoyed our stay. My family of 6 felt at home welcomed in our location on Sampson. We especially enjoyed coming into the house, door already open, lights on, a welcome basket of goodies after our long travel day and the TV’ screens crackling a cozy fire . While we didn’t cook there, the kitchen was fully stocked if we would have wanted to. The proximity to the slopes was a definite plus. We loved that we all had our own space, but could gather together in the kitchen and living room to relax, talk and play games.

This five-bedroom house provided us with plenty of space to spread out comfortably. The kitchen comes with plenty of dishes and appliances. Most of the beds were comfortable. We needed a white noise in the master bedroom since you can clearly hear all noise from either of the sitting rooms and kitchen. Plus, anyone on the outdoor deck can look directly into the master bedroom. The are multiple sets of stairs especially for anyone sleeping on the top level. Views from many of the rooms are lovely. It is a quick walk DOWM to main street. However, coming back up the 230 steps is a challenge the first couple days at 7,000 feet.
Mark, met us at the house and then checked in with us during the week to make sure that everything was going well. He always responded quickly.
