With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home can accommodate up to eight guests in a prime location within a quaint Old Town neighborhood. Situated just a short walk from Historic Main Street and the Town Lift, this residence allows you to access Park City Mountain Resort hassle-free. The vintage feel of the home has been respectfully preserved with newly restored hardwood floors and extensive woodwork, while an antique wood-burning stove brings a nostalgic touch to the dining room.
The interior seamlessly blends historic charm with modern necessities, including stainless steel appliances, all-new furnishings, and beautifully appointed bathrooms. A cozy living room featuring a large LED HDTV makes it the perfect place to gather the group for movies, while the fully equipped kitchen with natural wood cabinetry makes cooking a pleasure. Unique to the area, a charming yard and garden surround the house and back deck, where you can listen to the rustling aspens from a comfortable seating area.
